To respond immediately to our principal and customer we have landline, fax, e-mail and internet. These services are available during office hours. However, our System Manager and other customer support staff are available on their mobile phones.
Action to encounter problems and guarantee Quality Service
We will be in constant touch with our Customers as we have done now, endeavouring to see that the receivers do not encounter any problems. We even contact our customers if they do not come to receive payments immediately. We have our mobile team training and supervising our Branches. This process will be further strengthened once we establish our goals. We exert emphasis on constant monitoring and supervision to see that our operations run smoothly, thereby ensuring service quality to our customers. Moreover, our customer service staff are available to encounter any problems faced by the customer and guarantee quality service.
